The SS Tipton, a luxurious passenger cruise liner owned by London's father, serves as both home and school for the Martin boys, Zack and Cody, who find themselves in an endless sea of mischief. Alongside them is the Seven Seas High School, which hosts classes for all the students onboard while they sail around the globe. The liner offers London a unique opportunity to broaden her horizons by experiencing life away from land; however, this means adapting to an unconventional lifestyle - sharing a small room with Bailey, a down-to-earth country girl from Kansas who challenges London's idea of 'fabulous'.
