Arata Kaizaki, at the age of 27, has struggled tremendously in his post-graduate career, leading to a stagnant life filled with financial hardships and isolation. His parents even threaten to cut off their support if he does not turn things around. With no friends or romantic partners to lean on, Arata reaches rock bottom. It is then that Ryou Yoake enters his life unexpectedly, proposing a solution through an unusual program. The ReLife project involves administering a mysterious drug that transforms Arata into an 18-year-old high school student once again. This second chance at adolescence allows him to reevaluate his life's direction and explore new possibilities while navigating the challenges of high school in a different body, all under the supervision and guidance of a societal rehabilitation program aimed at helping NEETs like him reintegrate into society.
