Mr. Sunshine

Ben Donovan, a self-absorbed manager at a mediocre sports arena in San Diego, is thrown into an unexpected introspection when he turns forty. In his workplace, he navigates through an eccentric ensemble of colleagues: Crystal, his capricious boss and the arena owner; Alice, the adorable marketing director with whom he enjoys a casual romantic relationship; Alonzo, a charming former basketball player exuding unbridled happiness; Heather, his sweet-natured assistant who harbors a dark secret in her past; Roman, Crystal's innocent son recently hired as Ben's subordinate; and the "Steves," an operation crew known for their collective ineptitude. Amidst this peculiar group, Ben is forced to reconsider his priorities and relationships, all while managing a seemingly chaotic work environment.
