K-ON!

In Sakuragoaka Girls' Academy, the traditional curriculum revolves around the three R's: reading, writing, and arithmetic. However, Ritsu Tainaka envisions a new addition to this list - Rock and Roll. To achieve her goal, she must save the Light Music Club from imminent closure due to lack of members and an official faculty advisor. Her persistence in roping in her best friend Mio, and convincing Tsumugi Kotobuki to join the band, brings their number to three. The final piece of this quartet puzzle surprisingly falls into place when they recruit Yui Hirasawa - a novice with no prior experience playing guitar. What transpires next is a delightful journey as Yui learns the ropes and the girls work together, determined to bring the rhythmic tunes to life within the school corridors.
