In an unusual twist of fate, the pupils of Class 3-E find themselves in a life or death situation with their teacher. Kaiawajima Kirie, the unconventional instructor, has a dangerous secret: he possesses the power to destroy entire celestial bodies and has vowed to annihilate Earth if his students fail to assassinate him before they graduate. This formidable task falls upon a group of academically and socially challenged teenagers who must now band together to eliminate their tentacled, superhuman teacher capable of reaching speeds up to Mach 20. As they navigate this perplexing predicament, the students are forced to confront their own limitations while grappling with the unexpected realization that their enigmatic educator might just be one of the best they've ever encountered.
