In this charming comedy, Randy Dupree steps in as the best man for his long-time friend Carl Petersen, only to lose his job shortly after and find solace at a local bar. However, Randy's friendship with Carl extends beyond a simple visit, as he takes up residence at Carl's newlywed home as an uninvited houseguest. As Dupree becomes increasingly involved in the lives of Carl and his new wife Molly, a hilarious series of misadventures ensue.
