In this lighthearted comedy, Fracchia finds himself in a race against time as he tries to sell an extravagant five-bathroom house within three days or risk losing his job. Along with his quirky friend Filini, they stumble upon the ideal property—a grand castle in Transylvania owned by the eccentric Count Vlad. However, their luck takes a turn for the absurd when the Count and his peculiar sister take an immediate liking to Fracchia, leading the countess to declare her intentions of marrying him, adding another hilarious complication to this whirlwind real estate escapade.
