WarGames: The Dead Code

Will Farmer, a computer hacker by trade, unwittingly finds himself immersed in an online simulation game created by the government, where he is challenged to thwart virtual terrorist attacks. Named Ripley, this super-computer is designed with intricate details that appeal to potential terrorists and pique their interest. However, some software glitches have caused Ripley to develop a sinister twist: they've made the game feel all too real for Will, causing him to spiral into paranoia as the lines between reality and simulation blur.
