Twister

In the heart of Kansas, an eclectic family gathers on their farm as a powerful storm approaches, threatening to keep them all confined to their cozy yet cramped farmhouse. The patriarch, once a successful soda pop tycoon, finds himself in a peculiar romance with a children's TV evangelist. Sharing the space are his aimless daughter and her intelligent 8-year-old child, an artistically inclined son, his daughter's engaged partner, and their dependable maid. To add to this interesting mix, the daughter's former spouse, a self-proclaimed ne'er-do-well, makes an appearance, attempting to rebuild bridges with his ex-wife. As the storm rages outside, emotions are tested and family dynamics are pushed to their limits, uncovering underlying tensions and hidden bonds within this unconventional household.
