A team of hunters unleash a horrifying predicament when they tamper with nature by modifying Graboid eggs. These once manageable earthworm-like creatures have now mutated into colossal, highly intelligent beings that pose an imminent threat to human survival. As the modified Graboids wreak havoc on their environment, a new challenge emerges in the form of rapidly multiplying Shriekers - creatures with a spine-chilling vocal range capable of signaling the location of prey from miles away.
