In this heartfelt and engaging film, newlywed couple Kasia and Pawel settle into their rural life in Brzozki, just outside of Grabow. As Kasia eagerly anticipates resuming her pedagogical studies, she and Pawel are met with a unique challenge: focusing on specialised sheep breeding instead of traditional farming practices. This decision brings about tension within the couple as well as with Kasia's family, who eagerly await the birth of their grandchildren.Matters become even more complex when the Wolanskis arrive in Grabow, offering Kasia assistance in returning to university. In exchange for their help, Kasia is asked to take care of little Piotr while his father, a dedicated docent, heads off to London on a month-long study grant. As Kasia and Pawel navigate the twists and turns of their new life together, they must learn how to balance ambition, family, and unexpected opportunities that arise along the way.
