Ah Chi, an enthusiastic martial arts aficionado, finds himself entangled in trouble more often than he'd like due to his penchant for clownish kung fu stunts. Fatefully crossing paths with Hsia of the infamous Jade Brotherhood leads to a series of unfortunate events that result in Ah Chi being excommunicated from his martial arts school.Adrift without guidance, he eventually encounters a cunning youngster (Yat Lung Wong) who introduces him to his uncle Chow Tung (Chin Yuet Sang), an expert in the unorthodox Insane Mantis style. As the Jade Brotherhood aims to consolidate their power over a small town, Ah Chi is now under the tutelage of a new master and refuses to tolerate bullies in his community.In this film, the protagonist's journey showcases themes of determination, resilience, and the pursuit of personal growth through adversity.
