The Pirates

In medieval Korea on the brink of establishing the Joseon Dynasty, an emissary from the Ming dynasty in China is entrusted with delivering the Emperor's Royal Seal. However, nature unexpectedly intervenes when a colossal whale swallows the coveted seal during its journey. This monumental mishap incites fierce competition among various factions vying for the substantial reward offered by the Chinese Empire to retrieve the lost treasure from the creature's belly. Among these groups are Jang Sa Jung, a charismatic bandit leader and his group of mountain outlaws, as well as a fearsome crew of pirates led by the cunning and resourceful Yeo Wol. As both parties set sail on this perilous adventure, they must navigate treacherous waters, face dangerous adversaries, and overcome their own personal conflicts in order to claim the invaluable prize that awaits them within the depths of the whale's cavernous stomach. The race is on as alliances are formed and tested, ultimately determining which group will emerge victorious and secure their place in history by retrieving the Ming Emperor's Royal Seal.
