Stéphane, Cathy, and Thierry excel as top-performing employees at their local Employment Agency. Their exceptional track record has an unexpected consequence – it threatens to shut down the agency due to a scarcity of unemployed individuals in their city. Instead of accepting this predicament, the three colleagues come up with an unconventional solution: creating artificial unemployment in order to maintain their own job security.
