The Moth

In Tomasz Zygadlo's psychological drama, we follow the complex journey of a talk show host named Jan. He dedicates himself to helping callers share their emotional struggles through the airwaves, but his efforts often go unrecognized by his colleagues and superiors at the radio station. This disparity between his professional and personal life takes a toll on him, exacerbated by the challenges in both arenas: his wife's alcohol addiction and a mistress who fails to understand his motivations. As Jan's frustrations build, they threaten to disrupt his delicate balance, raising questions about the cost of emotional labor in a world that may not always grasp its true value.
