The Lifeguard

In this poignant drama, we follow the journey of a once-high achieving journalist who decides to leave her glamorous life in New York City behind in search of solace and familiarity back at her childhood home in Connecticut. Desperately seeking an escape from her fast-paced career, she takes up a job as a lifeguard by the local swimming pool, hoping that the peaceful environment will bring some tranquility to her life.
