Seeking help, he turns to Ed, Edd n Eddy, who recommend reaching out to the Kids Next Door for assistance. While undercover at a top-secret location called Deep Sea Lab, Numbuh 1 impersonates Billy. However, Mandy catches on and tortures him into revealing the truth of his disguise. Meanwhile, the Delightful Children from Down the Lane cross paths with the enchanted scythe, merging their energies to create the ominous figure known as the Delightful Reaper. Capitalizing on chaos, Mandy infiltrates KND ranks and manipulates Numbuh 362 and others, leaving it up to Numbuh 1 and Grim's unlikely alliance to save the day and thwart Mandy's dark ambitions with the Delightful Reaper.
