THE FABLE: The Killer Who Doesn’t Kill

In the shadows of society, Akira is known as the Fable - a skilled assassin who has left a trail of destruction in his wake. However, beneath this lethal exterior lies an ordinary life with his partner Yoko, living together like sibling friends. Working part-time at design company Octopus helps him maintain that facade, along with keeping CEO Takoda and employee Misaki in the dark about his true profession. Unbeknownst to Akira, another covert figure is lurking; Utsubo, a representative for a non-profit organization, secretly collaborates with contract killer Suzuki to set their targets up for extortion. The unwitting pawns at Octopus find themselves in the crosshairs of this dangerous duo, unaware that Akira's deadly reputation might be their only hope for survival in this dark and treacherous world.
