Frank Cooper, a seasoned immigration police officer, is no stranger to battling the criminal cartels operating between Mexico and the United States. As he maintains a strong reputation among the impoverished Mexican towns near the border, he is called upon to perform a more personal duty: serving as best man for a young couple, Leina and Benny.
