The Black Phone

Finney Blake, an introverted and intelligent 13-year-old, finds himself kidnapped by a ruthless murderer and confined within the impenetrable silence of a basement prison. Desperate for escape or any means of communication, he stumbles upon a disused telephone on the wall that unexpectedly starts ringing. To Finney's surprise, it turns out to be more than just an eerie coincidence - as the voices of the killer's former victims flood through the wire, they are hell-bent on warning him and helping him break free from a gruesome fate similar to their own. As the tension escalates, Finney must rely on his wits and the guidance of these spectral mentors in order to outsmart his captor and regain his freedom before it's too late.
