Sun Children

In this heartfelt drama, we follow the lives of four resilient 12-year-olds, Ali and his friends, as they navigate their way through adversity in an attempt to support their families. Their survival tactics include working in a garage and occasionally resorting to petty crimes for quick cash. Miraculously, fate presents them with a chance at real wealth - the discovery of hidden treasure underground. To unearth this fortune, Ali is tasked with finding the secret location, which can only be accessed through an underground tunnel. A new challenge arises when they learn that accessing the tunnel requires enrollment in Sun School, a charitable institution that seeks to educate street kids and child laborers. As the children balance their newfound education with the pursuit of treasure, they face questions about loyalty, friendship, and the value of knowledge.
