At Goethe-Gesamtschule, Mr. Müller finds himself growing weary of the routine of early mornings and marking exams. In contrast, Director Gerster is eager to modernize the school's image and embody its new direction. To achieve this, she decides to end the partnership between Goethe-Gesamtschule and Schillergymnasium with a Thai school. As a last effort to save the partnership, Mr. Müller, along with Mrs. Schnabelstedt and the 10b class, embark on a trip to Thailand in hopes of fostering cross-cultural understanding and strengthening international bonds. Amidst this adventure, they discover not only the beauty of Thai culture but also their own potential for growth and change.
