Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Silk Stocking

In the murky depths of London's Thames River, the lifeless body of a young woman in tattered clothing is unearthed amidst the mud flats at low tide. The initial assumption by the police is that she was a victim of the city's dark underworld and engaged in prostitution. However, Dr. John Watson, an old comrade of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's iconic detective Sherlock Holmes, suspects there may be more to this case than meets the eye. Watson knows all too well the uncanny ability of his friend Holmes to solve seemingly unsolvable mysteries and thus decides to seek out the now-retired master detective in hopes of obtaining his assistance. Will Holmes, who has been living a somewhat aimless existence since his retirement, be able to rekindle his passion for solving complex cases and bring justice to this seemingly forgotten victim?
