Set It Off

In 1981, Revenge of the Mysterons from Mars was created as a television film by reworking footage from the 1967 series Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons. Produced in New York by ITC Entertainment, this film is essentially an amalgamation of four original episodes: "Shadow of Fear", "Lunarville 7", "Crater 101", and "Dangerous Rendezvous". This compilation aimed to complement its predecessor, Captain Scarlet vs the Mysterons. Despite this attempt at expansion, Revenge of the Mysterons from Mars received an unfavorable reception by fans of the initial 1960s program. The film even became a subject of mockery on the popular TV show Mystery Science Theater 3000 in November 1988.
