Luisa De Dominicus, an accomplished Milanese piano teacher, embarks on a new chapter in her life when she moves to the charming city of Lucca to be with her lover, Ferdinando 'Bonci' Marinotti. Little does she know that Fernando is far from single and involved in a political campaign based on moral values. Intriguingly, the young boys living in her apartment building misconstrue her profession, believing her to be a call-girl who teaches piano merely as a cover. This rumor quickly spreads among the building's elderly male residents.Fueling the rumors, the curious boys secretly drill a hidden hole in the shared wall between Luisa's flat and the room of their landlord's son, Marcello Busatti.
