Salaam Bombay!

The film centers around Krishna, an 11-year-old boy who lives with his family in India's bustling city of Bombay. Plagued by the constant torment of his older brother and fueled by a love for motorbikes, Krishna decides to exact revenge by destroying his sibling's prized possession. As a result, he is sent away to earn enough money to pay for its replacement. Instead of finding solace in the traveling circus he joins, Krishna finds himself navigating through the hardships and harsh realities of Bombay's poorest slums.As he struggles to repay his debt to his family, Krishna befriends an array of characters that populate the city's underbelly – Chillum, a drug dealer grappling with his own demons, and Sola Saal, a young girl caught in the harsh life of prostitution.
