In a not-so-distant dystopian future, the powerful corporation Omni Consumer Products (OCP) is relentlessly pursuing their ambitious project of constructing Delta City to replace Detroit's crumbling infrastructure. The city residents, however, refuse to be uprooted from their homes and are determined to fight against OCP's corporate greed. In response, the corporation unleashes a brutal mercenary army to forcefully evict the population.
