Former FBI Agent Will Graham, having narrowly escaped the clutches of Hannibal 'The Cannibal' Lecter in the past, finds himself reluctantly relying on Lecter's expertise once more. As another brutal murderer begins preying on innocent lives, it becomes apparent that only Lecter holds the unique insight necessary to decipher the twisted mind of the new serial killer. Forced back into a dangerous game of cat and mouse with his own personal nemesis, Graham must navigate the darkest corners of the human psyche in order to bring the killer to justice. The film explores themes of obsession, redemption, and the fine line between hunter and hunted as these two formidable adversaries are drawn together by a chilling trail of blood.
