In the medieval city of Roc-en-Brume, young vagabond girl Pil navigates life's challenges with her loyal band of tame weasels. Scavenging for food from the castle of Regent Tristain adds a dangerous edge to their precarious existence. When Pil is forced to disguise herself as a princess to evade the sinister regent's guards, she embarks on an extraordinary journey alongside unlikely companions: Crobar, a clumsy yet well-meaning guard who believes her to be royalty; and Rigolin, a whimsical jester with a knack for mayhem. Together, they set out to break the spell that has trapped Roland, the true heir to the throne, in a state of enchantment. As their madcap adventure upends the kingdom, Pil discovers the truth that nobility is not exclusive to those born into privilege; it resides within each person's heart and actions.
