Pathology

Ted Grey, an ambitious and highly talented medical student, graduates with honors and begins working at an esteemed pathology program. Soon enough, he is welcomed into a select group of top students who share a peculiar interest - they engage in a horrifying game where one of them attempts to carry out the perfect, undetectable murder, leaving their colleagues to decipher the cause of death amongst themselves.
