Oblivion

In this imaginative sci-fi western, we are transported to a distant planet that seems straight out of the Old West. As the story unfolds, we follow the journey of a character deeply rooted in pacifism, whose world is suddenly turned upside down when his estranged father, a sheriff, falls victim to an evil alien bandit and his gang. The ensuing chaos results in the loss of his home town, which the malevolent outlaws take control of, and puts the lives of his friends at risk. This shocking turn of events compels our protagonist to question his long-held beliefs surrounding violence and nonviolence as he struggles to find a way to protect those dear to him and reclaim what has been stolen from them. The film explores themes of loyalty, family ties, and the moral dilemmas that arise when one's core principles are challenged by extraordinary circumstances.
