"A Girl's Stand Against Development" follows the story of Elya, a determined environmental studies student, who passionately fights against a proposed construction project in an old forest park. When Matvey, the influential head of a development company, visits her university to present his plan, Elya fearlessly challenges him and refuses to let her ideals be swayed by his attempts at persuasion or influence.As their opposing views clash, Matvey proposes an unorthodox agreement: seven days together according to his rules. If after these romantic days, Elya still chooses to oppose the construction project, he promises to halt the development plans. What unfolds is a story of unlikely alliances and unexpected discoveries as the two characters navigate through their imposed time together.Elya's initial perception of Matvey resembles that of a fairy tale romance, like the character Edward in Pretty Woman. However, she soon finds herself confronted with a more complex individual whose intentions are not as clear-cut as they initially seem.
