Plot:

In the Aegean coast of Turkey, 14-year-old Gaza resides under the dominating influence of his father who participates in the smuggling of refugees from war-torn nations to Europe. Their modest home becomes a temporary sanctuary for these displaced individuals as they await their perilous journey across the sea. Gaza yearns for a life beyond this grim reality, but finds himself increasingly entangled within a shadowy world fraught with immorality, exploitation, and profound human suffering. The question of whether one can escape becoming a monster when raised by one lingers as Gaza navigates through the complexities of his existence. Based on Hakan Günday's award-winning novel, "More" is Onur Saylak's debut feature film which poignantly explores this young boy's journey in a world that leaves little room for innocence amidst the ongoing European refugee crisis.
