Meet John Doe

In this captivating film, a sacked journalist named Ann Mitchell makes one last daring move before leaving her job at a struggling newspaper company. As a final act of defiance, she pens a fictional suicide letter from an unemployed individual called "John Doe", who laments about the various social ills plaguing society. The paper's management is forced to bring Ann back on board, and they also hire a man named John Willoughby to impersonate this mysterious "Doe". Initially viewed as a publicity stunt by Ann and her superiors, the fabricated persona of "John Doe" starts generating a groundswell of support, eventually transforming into a full-fledged political movement.
