In the bustling metropolis of New York, John LeTour struggles with his past as a recovering drug user plagued by insomnia. Though attempting to leave behind his former life, he continues to deal drugs to an exclusive clientele. His professional midlife crisis escalates into a dangerous dilemma when he unexpectedly reconnects with an old flame amidst a series of mysterious murders that appear connected to the drug trade.
