K-20: The Fiend with Twenty Faces

In an intriguing alternate version of 1949 Japan, where World War II never unfolded, the affluent city of Teito houses a stark contrast between its ultra-wealthy upper echelon and impoverished masses. Chaos ensues as "The Kaijin with 20 Faces" or K-20, an enigmatic phantom thief, emerges to pilfer from the rich and distribute his spoils among the destitute. One fateful day, circus acrobat Heikichi Endo (Takeshi Kaneshiro) finds himself falsely accused of being K-20 and becomes relentless in proving his innocence. As he joins forces with K-20's imminent target – the affluent Duchess Yoko Hashiba (Takako Matsu), along with her resourceful detective fiancé (Toru Nakamura) – they embark on a thrilling journey to apprehend the elusive figure known as K-20, who has disrupted the delicate balance of Teito's social hierarchy.
