Insanitarium

In an attempt to protect her brother from societal scrutiny, a devoted family member makes a grave decision that sees their sibling confined within the walls of a psychiatric institution. However, this seemingly safe haven soon transforms into a living nightmare when it's discovered that the head doctor is conducting horrifying experiments on his patients, turning them into flesh-eating psychopaths. The young man must now grapple with this dark reality and find a way to escape the twisted grasp of madness enveloping the facility while trying to save himself and anyone still sane within its walls.
