Oh, “Hats Off to Love,” where do we even begin? With a title that screams Hallmark movie, this TV movie tries so hard to be a rom-com but ends up as a cringe-worthy mess. Unknown stars give forgettable performances with their forced chemistry making us wish our hats off to the editors who managed to piece this disaster together. Stella’s journey into high society feels like an outdated plot from the 90s and her growing fascination with Christian’s horse training leaves us wondering if she ever designed a hat in her life. To make matters worse, the Louisville Derby subplot adds nothing to the story but more fluff. Let’s just say this 12/10 train wreck of a movie will have you reaching for your hat to cover your face from embarrassment.

I thoroughly enjoyed “Hats Off to Love,” a delightful TV movie from 2025 starring some truly captivating actors. The story revolves around Stella, an incredibly talented hat designer, who gets the opportunity to create extravagant headpieces for high-society events. Along the way, she meets Christian, a dedicated horse trainer with dreams of winning the Louisville Derby. Their friendship, despite their different backgrounds, adds a lovely dimension to the plot. The chemistry between the actors is superb and made the movie an absolute pleasure to watch!
