Dana Marschz, a washed-up actor struggling to find purpose in life, lands a job as a high school drama teacher in Tucson. Though initially disheartened by his lack of success and the challenges of teaching teenagers, Dana finds newfound motivation when he decides to stage an unconventional musical adaptation of Shakespeare's Hamlet. Eager to push boundaries and explore themes not typically associated with the classic play, Dana and his enthusiastic students embark on a creative journey filled with laughter, conflict, and self-discovery. Through the process of crafting a politically incorrect sequel to Hamlet, both the characters and their audience are forced to confront societal expectations while also learning the power of self-expression through art.
