In the world of the Wild West, Reb Halland struck a deal with the devil for eternal life and immortality, an agreement that also extended to his infamous gang. A small town nearby seeks protection from these malevolent outlaws, enlisting the help of Preacher McCready. As part of a ritual, five totems are placed around the town in the shape of pinnacles as a safeguard against Halland's wrath.A curious collector passing through the area spots one of these mysterious totems and decides to take it for himself. Unbeknownst to him, this act unleashes the vengeful force of Halland and his gang upon the town. Fast forward to the present day where a group of college students driving back home from a debate contest find themselves inexplicably stranded at this historically haunted locale.As they settle in the small, isolated town, the students begin to face a terrifying series of murders carried out by Halland and his immortal gang members. The film shifts into high gear as these unsuspecting young adults must now unravel the secret behind this cursed town and destroy Halland once and for all in order to survive the night.
