Ge…er (Gede Rasa)

In this heartfelt drama, we follow Sanwani, a driven mother and company director who also happens to be overbearing towards her children. Her relentless ambition is matched only by her determination to secure the ideal future for her daughter Pratiwi – an arrangement that has Pratiwi betrothed to Paijo, Sanwani's close friend. However, life takes a turn when Sanwani must postpone her own wedding due to a venereal disease diagnosis. As she navigates her new reality with the help of Slamet and deals with daily injections under the care of the head nurse Poltak, Sanwani's world begins to unravel around her. This poignant film explores themes of love, family dynamics, and learning to let go while reminding us of the importance of understanding one another's struggles and vulnerabilities.
