Frankie and Johnny

"Starting afresh after serving time behind bars, Johnny takes up the role of a short-order cook at a New York diner where he encounters two waitresses - Cora and Frankie. His eyes are initially drawn towards Cora, but it's her friend Frankie who captures his heart. However, Johnny's advancements are met with resistance from Frankie who is hesitant to jump into a relationship so soon after her last one.
