Edgar Wright, renowned for his distinctive directing style, concocted an unconventional creation in 2007, a mock trailer dubbed "Don't" which found its way into the double-billed extravaganza of Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez's Grindhouse. Instead of following the norm for typical movie trailers with an engaging plotline, Wright chose to satirically dismantle horror movie clichés, delivering a trailer that was as refreshingly innovative as it was amusingly devoid of narrative substance.
