The year is 1980s Spain, a time pulsating with life and creative energy. Xavi Font, a maverick artist with an unconventional spirit, teams up with his friend Lurdes Iribar and her lover Manolo Arjona to establish Locomía – an avant-garde collective that shakes up the local art scene with their daring and imaginative work. As Locomía gains recognition and acclaim, they inadvertently attract the attention of a powerful, manipulative producer, José Luís Gil, who sees their success as a means to his own ends.
