Plot:

In the aftermath of a devastating nuclear apocalypse, a devoted scholar takes on the crucial role of protecting and nurturing a small group of survivors consisting of both children and adults. They seek refuge in the underground shelter of what was once a grand museum of history, offering them some solace and safety amidst the scorched remnants of humanity's downfall. As days turn into weeks, then months, the scholar finds solace in writing letters to his long-lost son, expressing his unwavering love and recounting their shared memories. It is painfully clear that these poignant missives will forever remain unread, yet he continues to pour his heart out onto paper, clinging to hope amidst the despair. The film delves into themes of resilience and hope in the face of overwhelming adversity, as the scholar's relationships with the children he protects reveal layers of compassion, guidance, and understanding. The stark contrast between the shelter of the museum and the ravaged world outside serves as a poignant backdrop for this powerful tale that examines the lengths to which we'll go to safeguard our future, even if we cannot save our past.
