In a small town where legends persist, an age-old vendetta rises from the shadows. The spirit of a wronged woman, hanged by the townsfolk over a century ago, returns as a vengeful Tooth Fairy determined to settle old scores. This chilling figure haunts the streets, seeking retribution for the horrific injustice she suffered long ago. However, there exists one individual capable of thwarting her vindictive schemes - the sole survivor from a previous encounter with the malevolent spirit, now a grown-up, resilient adult.
