In this thought-provoking satire, two cunning film students from the Czech Film Academy conspire with a prominent advertising agency to construct an elaborate hoax. The target of their scheme is the nonexistent grand opening of 'Czech Dream,' a fictitious supermarket that doesn't even exist in reality. In order to pull off this audacious prank, they meticulously craft radio and television ads, posters, flyers displaying phony Czech Dream products, a catchy promotional song, an elaborate website, and advertisements in various print media. The movie explores how the line between truth and illusion blurs as people start to believe in this fictitious entity, and whether the anticipated throngs of eager customers will ultimately show up for the grand opening of this nonexistent dreamland.
