Cut Throat City

Four childhood friends find themselves united again by tragedy when Hurricane Katrina's devastation ravages their beloved hometown of New Orleans' Lower Ninth Ward. As they confront the bleak reality of a ruined neighborhood and scarce employment opportunities, these resilient men seek refuge in the questionable offer of work from a local mobster. United by circumstance, they find themselves embarking on an ambitious casino heist within the city's very core.
