Frank, a dedicated medical student, has found his perfect sanctuary in a secluded apartment, ideal for honing his skills ahead of crucial exams. However, upon encountering Lotte, his lively upstairs neighbor, the peaceful atmosphere starts to shift. As Frank ventures out of his safe haven, he becomes increasingly alarmed by the peculiar interactions with those around him: from the gossipy concierge to an obnoxious youngster, and the heartbroken Lotte herself, plagued by her ex-boyfriend's vengeful nature. But it's Micke - Lotte's new and intimidating partner - who truly stirs Frank's unease.
