Carry On Matron

In this lighthearted heist comedy, a group of bumbling criminals concoct an elaborate scheme to steal contraceptive pills from the seemingly innocuous Finisham maternity hospital. Adopting disguises ranging from nurses' uniforms to doctors' scrubs, their plan initially seems foolproof; however, their inexperience and the unforeseen quirks of hospital staff set the stage for a series of comical misadventures. As hypochondriac consultant Sir Bernard Cutting obsesses over his own health, Matron maintains her strict control over the facility, while doctors and nurses carry out their duties, all inadvertently thwarting the gang's efforts at every turn. Amidst the chaos, it becomes evident that these criminals may have bitten off more than they can chew as they struggle to navigate the complex labyrinth of hospital corridors and bureaucracy, ultimately discovering that stealing contraceptive pills from a maternity ward is not quite as simple as they initially thought.
